Varsity on Charles

3700 North Charles Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21218

The Northway Apartments sat prominently at the corner of N. Charles Street and Bishops Road adjacent to Johns Hopkins’ historic Homewood Field.  The once stylish building designed by renowned Baltimore architect Edward Palmer in 1933 had endured decades of neglect. The Varsity team redesigned the interior to accommodate today’s college student so at the culmination of  the twelve-month construction schedule the building was transformed to its once gilded stature.
